What is the Practice with Natives Program?

At Velvia, we believe that mastering English is more than just learning a language – it’s about gaining the confidence to communicate and connect with the world. That’s why we created the Practice with Natives program, a carefully designed online tutoring experience that immerses students aged 10 to 14 in real-life English conversations with native-speaking tutors.

Our program is built to enhance conversational skills, broaden cultural awareness, and provide each student with personalized attention. Whether your students are looking to improve their speaking fluency, develop better listening skills, or simply gain confidence in using English, this program will help them thrive in an increasingly global world.

Key Objectives of the Program:

Boost Conversational Fluency: Through engaging, real-time interactions with native English tutors, students will practice and perfect their speaking and listening skills.

• Cultural Exchange: More than just language, our program brings students closer to the culture and context of English-speaking countries, helping them understand idioms, expressions, and cultural references.

• Personalised Learning: Students are grouped by language ability to ensure every session meets their specific learning needs, providing a targeted and effective approach.

Program Overview:

• Duration: The program runs from  to  Autumn to Summer term, offering 8 months of immersive learning.

• Lessons: Students participate in two lessons per week, each lasting 55 minutes, with a total of 72 lessons across the entire program.

• Class Schedule: Lessons are scheduled during convenient hours on weekdays (19:00 - 21:00) and Saturdays (10:00 - 14:00), making it easy for students to fit learning into their weekly routine.

• Group Learning: Students are grouped by their language level, with small group sizes to ensure individual attention and peer collaboration.
